NG Syndicate sends email only to people who request it and provide permission through an NG Syndicate signup form. We do not purchase, rent, or use purchased email lists.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, the consent statement version, the signup source, and signup evidence such as the date and time. A confirmation email is sent before marketing email begins.

Frequency and content

Messages may include research and education updates, product availability, and company news. Frequency varies by the amount of relevant information; we aim to keep communications useful and appropriately paced.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in a message. We maintain suppression records so an unsubscribe remains respected. Consent for marketing email is separate from transactional messages such as order or back-in-stock notifications.
