Shipping Policy

NG Syndicate ships research-use products to eligible destinations where permitted. Orders are reviewed and processed after payment and required order information are received.

Processing and transit

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on destination, carrier, service level, weather, and carrier delays. Tracking information is provided when the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Temperature-sensitive shipments

Where applicable, temperature-sensitive products may use insulated packaging, cold packs, or other handling appropriate to the product and season. Cold-chain materials help manage transit conditions but cannot guarantee a specific temperature throughout carrier handling.

Delivery and restrictions

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and confirming that the shipment is permitted at its destination. We may hold, cancel, or decline an order when fulfillment or destination requirements cannot be met. Contact us through the Contact page if a shipment appears delayed or damaged.
